Delivering customized video content to a sales force, using Apple®'s iPod Touch®.
CooperSurgical, the market leader in woman’s healthcare, worked with Sonalysts to leverage the Apple® iPod Touch® as a sales tool for its more than 150 member sales team. Through the use of a private CooperSurgical Media RSS feed, surgical videos and product animations were syndicated to their sales team, enabling them to provide private showings, personalized to their client’s interests and needs.
The sales tool has been a huge success. New media is updated and/or added to the Apple® iPod Touch® as it becomes available. It is a seamless tool for the sales team, allowing them to focus those critical moments with the client on their client’s needs and not on the technology.
