This short, motivational video was prepared for the Pacific Fleet Submarine Force Medical Officer intending to educate the entire Tripler Army Medical Center Mental Health Dept staff on the Navy Physical Standards for Submarine and Nuclear Field duty concerning the use of psychotropic medications and the impact of prescribing these medications for submariners.

The video provides a presentation lead-in that outlines a "One Boat - One Crew" concept — a crew that is Skilled, Trained, and Qualified to function as a team where everyone is an important player. With a combination of video and overlaid graphics, this video illustrates some of the key attributes that can and are altered by psychotropic medications — attributes that are important to safe operation of a submarine.
